Zhang's group focus on the research of bioinformatics and cancer genomics. Dr. Zhang graduated as Master and PhD in bioinformatics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Harbin Medical University in 2006 and 2010, separately. During 2016-2017 year, he has been a visiting scholar (post-doctor) at Department of Genetics, University of Georgia, Athens, GA, United States. Zhang's research interest is computational systems biology, functional genomics, and machine learning in fields of cancer metastasis and complicated disease progression. He has first/corresponding authored a number of papers in refereed journals, including Briefings in Bioinformatics, Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, BMC Bioinformatics, and FEBS Letters. He is a referee for several excellent journals such as Nucleic Acids Research, BMC Bioinformatics, and Briefings in Bioinformatics. Welcome to be member(s) of our lab and expect valuable cooperation from you in the not long future.
